Product Warranty Terms and Conditions

 

Thank you for choosing TA-Collection.

We are committed to ensuring that you have a positive experience with our products. All of our products come with a limited 1-year carry-in warranty from the original invoice date.

Under the warranty, we will repair or replace any product that has a material or workmanship defect under normal use. However, the warranty does not apply to misuse of the product, intentional damage, unauthorized repair or modification, or improper voltage supply.

To claim warranty service, please provide the original invoice and serial number label at the time of service.

Here are the terms and conditions of our warranty repair service:

  • If you have any problems with the product you received, please contact us at info@ta-collection.com first for troubleshooting. All returned products not confirmed by us will not be accepted.

  • We provide a carry-in limited warranty for 1 year. Customers must bring the product to our repair services center for maintenance.

  • If your product needs repair, please contact us at info@ta-collection.com to schedule an appointment and bring the product to our service center during office hours.

  • If you want to send the product for repair via courier or mail, please note that all shipping costs to and from the repair center are the customer's responsibility. The repair center will reject all parcels if the shipping fee is paid by the recipient.

  • For international orders, you may send the product for repair via courier or mail. All shipping costs to and from the repair center are the customer's responsibility. The repair center will reject all parcels if the shipping fee is paid by the recipient.

  • We are not responsible for any damages caused during shipping or if the condition of the product is not as mentioned.

  • When the maintenance of the product is complete, we will notify you through the contact information you provided. We are not responsible for any delay caused by your failure to contact us. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact information.

  • Please collect the product within 60 days after being notified. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the product. We reserve the right to handle the product without further notification.

  • Please take good care of the repair invoice of the product, and you need to take the products with the invoice. Our company will not be responsible for the fraudulent collection by others.

  • We cannot guarantee that the product will be compatible with future versions of software, hardware, or products.

  • If we cannot repair the product due to no stock, off-production, or any other reasons, we may replace the product with an equivalent model.

  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision.

  • Please note that the warranty does not apply to any willful modification, alteration, or repair made by anyone other than TA-Collection, misuse, misapplication of electricity, malicious acts, negligence, inflow of any liquid or dirt, accident, natural calamities, or physical force. The warranty also does not cover dissatisfaction with the product's color, outlook, shape, normal deterioration, or accessories including the charging adapter, cables, stylus pen, screen protector, etc.
