How many years warranty do I have on my watch? We always work hard to solve any problem you might have with one of our products. We offer a limited 1-year carry-in warranty whose invoice has an order number mentioned, as that is used to claim a warranty with us. Warranty does not apply to misuse by not following the instructions properly, any accidental, misuse, or intentional damages causing malfunction, unauthorized repairing or modification done to the product, and improper voltage supply within the warranty period. The original serial number label affixed on the package and the original invoice must be presented at the time you require warranty service; Otherwise, such a warranty could be voided. How can I track my order after I've made a purchase? After placing an order, you will receive an email with your order details, a courier name, and a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the shipment anytime.
Do you ship to my country? At present, we provide worldwide shipping services through various shipping carriers, which vary depending on the country. If an item is out of stock, we will arrange for delivery as soon as the products are back in stock.
What payment methods are accepted on the online store? We accept a variety of payment methods, including Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and PayPal. For credit card payments, please use a guest account via PayPal.
Can I return or exchange my watch? Our top priority is to provide you with high-quality and well-functioning products. If you happen to receive a product that is defective or faulty, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more information. In the event that a replacement product is not available, we will credit your account.
Can I cancel my watch order? Once an order is placed, it is automatically processed and prepared for shipment. If you wish to cancel your order, please send us a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the order meets these conditions, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged on the canceled amount. Once the shipment has been arranged, the order cannot be canceled. If you still wish to cancel your order after shipment, you will need to return the items to our facility before a refund can be issued. Please note that customers are responsible for all fees associated with the return of items, and a 30% restocking fee will be charged on the canceled amount. If you wish to add more items to your processed order, we recommend placing a new order on our website. If you wish to reduce the quantity of items in your order, please note that this will be considered a partial cancellation and can only be done before the order is shipped. A 10% cancellation fee will be charged on the canceled amount.

Typically, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, and delivery times can range from 3-7 business days for expedited shipping and from 10-15 days for standard shipping. Shipping time can be increased due to customs clearance, flight transit delay, or peak holiday season.
Is the delivery service provided on Sunday and public holidays? No, we are sorry that we do not provide delivery service on Sunday and public holidays.
If there’s extreme weather, will the delivery service be affected? In cases of severe weather, delivery services may be disrupted, which could cause potential delays. Is it possible for me to collect my order from SF Station or Smart Lockers? (For Hong Kong only) For orders in Hong Kong, all orders are delivered through a shipping carrier chosen by our store.
