Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?
To provide our customers with a uniquely curated, world-class collection of timepieces, all our orders are processed and shipped directly from our central logistics hub in Hong Kong.

How long will shipping take?
We ship worldwide, and we offer two reliable, tracked options for our customers:

  • Standard International Shipping: Typically arrives within 8-15 business days.

  • Expedited International Shipping: Typically arrives within 4-8 business days.
    Please note that these are estimates, and final delivery can be affected by the speed of local customs processing.

How can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's entire journey.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal for secure and convenient payment.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your watch is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all packaging and documentation intact. Can I cancel my watch order? Once an order is placed, it is automatically processed and prepared for shipment. If you wish to cancel your order, please send us a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the order meets these conditions, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged on the canceled amount. Once the shipment has been arranged, the order cannot be canceled. If you still wish to cancel your order after shipment, you will need to return the items to our facility before a refund can be issued. Please note that customers are responsible for all fees associated with the return of items, and a 30% restocking fee will be charged on the canceled amount. If you wish to add more items to your processed order, we recommend placing a new order on our website. If you wish to reduce the quantity of items in your order, please note that this will be considered a partial cancellation and can only be done before the order is shipped. A 10% cancellation fee will be charged on the canceled amount.

What if my watch arrives damaged or is faulty?
In the rare event that your watch arrives with a defect or is damaged in transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a repair under the full manufacturer's warranty.

Can I get a discount on my watch purchase? We aim to provide you with the best deal for high-quality watches. We offer periodic discounts and promotions on watches. You can sign up for our newsletter to stay informed of the latest deals and offers.

Do I need to set up an account for the purchase? It is optional to register an account. When you log in to an account, your customer details will be stored and pre-filled when you check out on your next visit.
